Unfortunately this means that automation written with V2.0.0 will be incorrect. This affected Pro Tools and perhaps a handful of other DAWs. ![]() ⁃ğixed a problem that affected automation that had been written in versions prior to V2.0.0. A workaround is now in place to resolve the situation. Those DAWs may have shown input only in the left channel. Unfortunately a number of DAWs don't implement the spec very well (no reason to mention names). ⁃ In preparing V5.0.0, a number of changes were made to tighten up the VST interface to more closely match the spec. When you have 50-100+ (or more) programs, apps, plugins etc, a nice 3rd party program that keeps track of it all would be really nice. Seems like every time I go to use something there's an update available. I'm at the point where its just hard to keep up. What we need is an app that automatically keeps track of all the plugins and software we have and automatically notifies us when updates and upgrades are available.
